Windmills Quilt

This has been a WIP for so long that a few times I never thought it would ever get finished, but it is and I am so glad as I love it. It was made with a jelly roll of the original Flea Market Fancy. I love the colours in this line of fabric and I love them mixed with the background which is a brown with aqua spots.
It is the same patterns as this one I made a few years ago. I thought it would make it easier to write the pattern for it as I made another one. Somehow I have finished it without starting the pattern writing (I wish the writing part was as fun as the designing and sewing!!).
So now I need to find something to bribe myself with to get this pattern written up.

Kate that is absolutely gorgeous. Love the colors and of course the fabric

So lovely! And I can see why it was so much more fun to make it than write the pattern.

It looks great! Are you going to do another one so you can write the pattern this time? (Pattern writing is hard work!)

That's so funny -- the photo from a distance makes it almost look like a gray background. It's beautiful -- I love those fabrics too!
