Stitches and Craft

Eeek! The Stitches and Craft Show is just days away. There has been much panic around here and a few sleepless nights, but I think I am nearly ready or as ready as I am going to get. My softie samples are finished and the softie patterns and quilt patterns are all folded.
Wool is tagged and sorted.
And I made a simple denim skirt and finished it with some mostly I&S fabrics.
Now I am starting to get excited. I think Jodie has already said it - the best bit is seeing and meeting people which is a weird thing for me really. I am good at being crafty by myself at home, not so good with lots of other people. But I discovered in Sydney I LOVE being with lots of other crafty people. Mr Banshee will be around too. Do you think he would let me spend a week in the home of football without him?? So I am making him help when I feel the need to flit about and have a look. So if you see me come and say hi.

can't wait !!! if you need a hand, I'll have Annie and my mum and (god forbid) even the teenager to help out at different times.. Just give the team a yell.

I really can't wait to see you and Mr Banshee again...(but mostly you cause he's craftarded)

Can't wait to come and get one of your quilt patterns. I think I may have to get a two day ticket to see everything!

I am really hoping to be able to make it next week too, if Paul isnt working that is. If I do I'll make sure I pop on by to say hello to you and Mr. Banshee! Love your skirts by the way, the fabric adds that extra special touch!

have a great time I know you will........it was great chatting to everyone in Sydney........I am sure it is not only the football luring Mr Banshee to the Melbourne but also the S&C I think he did a pretty good job on the chatting front himself to all the crafty girls........lol.........

My wee girl just saw this post. She was thrilled to see "Swappy's cousins" and now wants one of them and a fish.....

Looking forward to seeing you (and the wee girl's new toys) at the show.

Thanks Julie. I made up an a-line pattern using the book Sew What? Skirts.
