Thursday

A hat for my sister Gemma who is living in Amsterdam. It is a Meathead Hat using Lamb's Pride Bulky. Perfect for a cold European winter. Ravelry Link.

I managed to jog on the treadmill without falling off today.

I have just put Beef Ribs, Coconut Braised into the slow cooker for dinner. My sister made this last time I was at her place and it was divine.

The hat reminds me of acorn caps! Very cute. Your dinner sounds yummy - can I fly over and join you?? Kathryn.

Another sister, how many girls are there in your family. I love the meathead hat and she will definately use it in the cold weather too. Your dinner sounds delicious.

That recipe looks dangerously good, anything that you throw in a pot & slow cook while getting on with your day makes it to my recipe book.

Great hat.

That hat is great! I have been wanting to make a pointy hat but didn't know they were called meatheads. It looks great done so chunky.

This looks so warm. Pretty color and the dinner goes well with the warmth of the hat. :)

That is so cute, actually it is a little bit like a hershey's kiss. I bond with you on the treadmill thing; a few years ago I actually stumbled the first time on a treadmill, almost got 'treadmilled' right off. I am training for a race and now just try to run outside as much as possible.
