Triangles

Something different to use up my scraps. I love triangles and once you get the hang of sewing them together a little quilt like this comes together very quickly.
The background has been in my stash for a while, I think it came from Spotlight. The triangles are mostly scraps from my Open Sesame quilt from my book and I quilted it with kind of wonky lines using my walking foot.
I may not have a cat to photo bomb my quilt pictures, but I do have Olive.

Yep, the last photo is the best. I think that background is great and I always love your color combinations. I've not made a triangle quilt...must be the fear of angles!

Do you have a pattern for this quilt? I'd like to do a similar one but full size. Can you at least tell me how large the triangles are and if you had a quick way to cut them?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Lindsay, I just used a 60 degree triangle ruler, I can't remember how tall I cut the strips, but probably about 5 inches high and the cut the triangles from the strips.
