Loganberry Tiramisu

Loganberry Tiramisu using this recipe. I used a pink moscato instead of marsala and loganberries from our bush which is spreading rapidly. I think there will have to be some cutting back after it has finished fruiting.

I made a tiramisu for work christmas lunch yesterday......it was a hit..............going to try a chocolate version.........
