There were yummy cheap strawberries in the shop this week and Grace requested frozen yoghurt. I used this recipe and it is good. Even the people in my house who apparently only eat ice-cream not yoghurt loved it. I used 2/3 cup sugar, but next time I think I would only use 1/3 to 1/2 a cup.
It says in the recipe to eat straight away or it will go icy. Mine still looks great 24 hours later and has a great texture.

Isn't it nice that strawberries are finally a good price. My big girl begs me for them all year round but sometimes they're dreadful. I made mango frozen yoghurt last year, but I'm keen to try strawberry now.
