Meet Flora and Otis, two very groovy wombats I finished last night. I was going to make them when the girls were asleep, but yesterday they decided they didn't need to sleep, They were very grumpy and tired, but no way were they having a big sleep, just a quick nap and then some more whingeing. I am hoping for a better day today.
My copy of The Crafter's Companion is here! It looks fantastic. I can't wait to have time to sit down and read it.

They are wonderful, and your fabrics are gorgeous!
My son has recently outgrown naps which leaves me grumpy and tired. ;)
Perfect choice of fabrics. They are adorable!!
Coolest wombats Ive seen in a while!
how sweet!! I love them.
I adore your native Australian animals. I've never seen anything else like them.
I too get pretty distressed when my little one doesn't feel like her sleep in the afternoon. It's a long afternoon with a very grumpy baby, I have sympathy for you with TWO little ones not wanting to sleep!
Flora and Otis are so adorable.
Adorable wombats!
I am so in love with them, I have to buy them! I plan on giving them to my girls for Christmas, but I don't know if I can keep them hidden for so long...I'll have to lock my door when I take them out to play with them! lol!
It's good to have kids to justify purchases like these!
Love the colours & fabrics! So cute. Lokking forward to more of your Aussie Aminal softies!
I love the wombats Kate, just adorable.
fanbloodytastic!
they are looking good Kate.
Sounds like your little banshees are growing up! Skipping that afternoon sleep really sucks for mummy!
WOMBATS! I wonder if Ursula Vernon knows about you. I'll have to tell her. I'm pretty sure she has the largest collection of Wombat plush on the American continent.
