Fabric Shopping

It is not often I get to go fabric shopping without children, but I had some time the other day in Spotlight. There is a lot of fabric jammed onto the racks in Midland and you need time to search as a lot of fabric has been put into random places. I found this stash. I think there is a colour theme emerging for summer. There was a definite lack of good red fabric this time. If any of these came in red I would have snapped them up.

  1. You did well! I like all of these - my local spotty had very little when I was in there today. It's only a small store - I'll need to go further afield but I hear you about shopping at Spotty with kids in tow! Aargh!

  2. I usually need to take my kids so they can help me carry all the rolls! I never seem to remember to grab a trolley until it's too late.
    Loving all these fabrics.

  4. Great fabrics! Yes, you have to pick and choose your Spotlight for sure. I have tried three here in Melbourne and they all have a better choice than my former Adelaide local, but of the three one is better than the other two. I keep coming across others as I go further afield here so must try them out too!

  7. Can't believe you got that haul at Spotlight! Makes me green (and spotty!) with envy, might have to go and check if by any chance they have them here!

So green is the colour - Lucky it is my favorite (well at the moment). Love the haul, could make me drive a long way to a decent Spotlight!
