I have 3 more hats to finish, 8 hippo nostrils to sew on, 3 children to bath and feed and then I am going to lie on the couch near the fire and read the latest Marie Claire Idees my sister picked up for me in France.
I will be dreaming about hippo nostrils tonight for sure! I hope that by now you have had the chance to read your mag from cover to cover and back again. Such a lovely mag; I bought a copy when I was in France last year and I'm not loaning it to anyone, ever!
Don't you love those moments of being able to relax and flick through a mag. Years ago I remember we had Marie Claire Living magazine here and I just loved it - it's a shame it's gone. Hope the French one is just as good.
At the library we can borrow some magazines from the U.K. which is fabulous, the ideas are very different from the Canadian ones. I hope the Marie Claire from France is just as wonderful.
Sounds like the perfect evening! I love Marie Claire Idees too:)

ReplyDeleteI love this mag. I got our library to subscribe. My French is now at a level that I can generally read most of it which makes it even more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a lovely reward.

ReplyDeleteI just love French magazines on craft and interiors... I have several Decoratifs! I must learn more French to get more out of them though! ;)
