I have a nephew! My sister Gemma had a boy last night 6 weeks early. Sounds like he is doing well for how early he is. A boy is something new for our family. I have 3 sisters, 3 daughters and my sister has 2 daughters. Can't wait to see him in a few weeks.
I managed to bind some quilts while I was at the farm. So now I am madely finishing writing patterns to get them ready for the Stitches and Craft Show in Melbourne.
This one is Flower Kisses.
The pattern will include instructions for this variation of it.
Congratulations on your new nephew - hope he thrives and is home soon. Just love those quilts, in particular the top one with all the soft colours - just the mood I am in today I suppose.

That's so pretty, I love both colourways.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to have a new boy to make things for! We're mostly girls in my family too so I understand the excitement. Your quilt as usual is absolutely gorgeous. Good luck with preparations for the show. I won't be joining you all this year but will pop in for a visit or two! xx
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new little nephew! I can see a lot of pretty blue fabric on the horizon! Cx
