This week has been crazy and I don't think it is slowing down anytime soon. Crazy in a good way. Good friends are moving up north and have been staying a couple of days as their house has been packed up and the girls are so excited to have them here. They are going to be so devastated when they leave. Mum is coming tomorrow so they will be hyped up again.
In the middle of the craziness I have found time for a little sewing as everything just seems a little better when you can calmly do five minutes of sewing.
That first softie looks like she's wearing a swimsuit!
ReplyDeleteThe fabric placement you have used makes a great design feature.
ReplyDeleteKeep finding time for sewing Kate. I find it calms me too.
ReplyDeleteMore cute projects. So nice to find time to get just a little sewing done in your crazy world..... Hope it gets back to normal ?? soon.

ReplyDeleteOh, these are great Kate. I hope you find some peace and quiet soon!! Kathryn.
ReplyDeleteLove your latest! A great variation on "Hector Giraffe". I hope your world settles down soon, as I'm looking forward to your next pieces.

ReplyDeleteIt must be the crazy season as everyone seems to be just so busy. Love your sewing-the colours are lovely.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jenny! My week has been crazy too. Crazy busy, but I can't think what I have done!? How does that work? Fortunately I managed to get into my sewing room today and I have had that calm come over me. Life always looks better from a sewing machine!
