Knitting Needle Roll
Inspired by my success with my sewing case I thought I'd make a dpn case and use my new found love of bias binding - and it worked! I made enough slots to fit all my sock needles in plus a slot for scissors, tape measure and knitting needle gauge. Slowly everything is finding its own place in my craft area and hopefully I'll be able to find what I need without searching through every box first.

Wow! I've just loved a look over your blog. Your work is just so gorgeous!! I'm sitting here knitting a sock with three dpn's and one knitting needle that I had to attack with a pencil sharpener. **sigh** hehe (twins'll do that to ya) Ruth

ReplyDeleteThe needle roll is great! I was lucky enough to get one when I took part in an exchange - now I can usually find the DPNs quite easily!!

ReplyDeleteHey, that is such a great idea. All my knitting needles live in either a) a big pile in the bottom of the knitting drawer, b) a big pile in the bottom of the knitting bag or c) under the couch. I wish I was so organised!!
