A bit of this and a bit of that

I have fully come to terms with the fact I will never be a one project at a time person. I have tried. But my head would explode if I had to keep all of my ideas in there at once. It is better to let them out. So I have cast on some socks, a small cardigan. There are half made soft toys everywhere and I have started cutting out two more quilts.
I have finished one thing. There is one book less on the bedside table. A Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver. One of those books I didn't want to finish. I loved the characters and their journeys. I highly recommend it.

  6. I love the green socks, beautiful color. Your little cardigan looks lovely too, what pattern are you knitting. I find I always have heaps of projects on the go. Some I put away half finished and then a few months down the track I pull them and finish them in next to no time at all.

  12. Same. You do what you have to do to avoid head explosions. My girl (picklesticks) often recommends starting a new knitting project as an anti-dote to the blues. It really works!
