Wandering the Moor is blocked and finished and I am wearing it as I type. Love it. The yarn is so soft and it blocked to a great size, not too small and not too big. I treated myself to some
blocking wires as I can see myself using them a lot in the future. More
details on ravelry.

After winter returned at the start of the week it was lovely to have sun today and be out in the garden.
Divine! And the name makes it even better!
ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous Kate! I'd love to see a pic of you wearing it. I often think of making a shawl but I have no idea how to wear them.
ReplyDeleteLove the gorgeous shawl and the garden! I could almost urge the cooler weather on!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWaouh !!! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeletewow! i was just telling my husband that i wanted to start wearing a shawl...this would be exactly what i envisioned!(he was a little afraid of old lady i think, he would certainly approve if i showed him this - nothing old lady about this one) you are so talented!
ReplyDeleteYour shawl is absolutely beautiful! Like Ezeldabeth said - I am constantly teased about being an old lady when I wear my shawls, but it's probably because I don't wear anything as beautiful as yours! *makes mental note to finish up my WIP and get started on a shawl.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, and the name makes you go mind travelling!
